Shipping policy

Order confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we will automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate dispatch (within 5 working days), process invoicing to our suppliers and send the order for shipping .

Once an order is shipped, you will receive order status and shipping information, and you will receive the tracking number (via email) once your order is shipped.

Delivery time = instruction time + transit time

All products go through a production process, so there will be a Handling Time on them.

Fedex Express Shipping is typically 2-3 days, but delivery my take longer depending on the destination and potential delays.

Refund

We hope you love your order — but if for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
To be eligible for a refund, you must first return the product to us. Items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.

Before sending anything back, please email us at info@sportbabies.eu to receive return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email and confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds without receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale.
